Dr. Humayun Chaudhary

PhD (Taxation), MBA, LLM, CPA

Dr. Humayun Chaudhary is a distinguished professor, academic leader, and practicing accounting and tax professional with over two decades of combined experience in higher education, public policy, and professional practice.

He currently serves as Professor of Accounting and Taxation at Sheridan College's Pilon School of Business and Course Director at York University's School of Administrative Studies.

Dr. Chaudhary holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Tax Policy from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, complemented by a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law, an MBA in Accounting, and advanced management education from the Schulich School of Business.

Assad Hanif

Assad Hanif is a Professional Accountant, with over 15 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and management reporting. He is a seasoned team builder and has played leading roles in cross-functional teams to complete various projects such as consolidation, new product pricing strategy, and sales compensation model restructuring. Assad has been highly recognized for being a problem solver with a results-driven mentality, improving accounting procedures, and automation.

In 2018, he started his own firm, Sufi Canada CPA Professional, to help businesses with their Accounting, Tax Planning, and Consulting needs. Offering a broad range of accounting services to let clients focus on their business, performing extensive tax analysis to reduce tax payments and mitigate unexpected problems, along with consulting services to identify strengths and weaknesses to push the business to the next level. The firm has a solid foundation of ethical integrity, high attention to detail, and a friendly atmosphere.

Assad holds an MBA in Finance, a Master’s in Economics, and a Law degree, with professional accounting designations such as CGA, CPA, and ACCA. In addition, he continues to be a mentor to young professionals in his free time to help guide them on their journey.

Parneet Kaur

Parneet Kaur is a Tax & Accounting Associate at Indus Canada CPA, where she supports entrepreneurs, professionals, and growing businesses with comprehensive accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services.

Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Parneet works closely with clients to maintain accurate financial records, manage payroll obligations, prepare financial reports, ensure GST/HST compliance, and support personal and corporate tax filings. Her ability to combine technical precision with practical business insight helps clients navigate complex financial matters with confidence.

She plays an integral role in delivering the high standard of service that clients expect from Indus Canada CPA, assisting businesses throughout the full accounting cycle while helping them strengthen internal financial processes and meet regulatory requirements efficiently.

Currently pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Sheridan College and working toward her CPA designation, Parneet continues to expand her expertise in Canadian taxation, financial reporting, and accounting practices. Her dedication to professional growth and client service reflects the firm's commitment to providing trusted, forward-thinking financial guidance.

Talha Ahmed

Talha Ahmed is the Business Manager at Indus Canada CPA, where he supports clients with business operations, client relations, and administrative coordination. He works closely with individuals, professionals, and business owners to ensure they receive timely service and practical support for their accounting and tax needs.

Talha holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University and a Professional Accounting Diploma from Sheridan College. He is currently pursuing his CPA designation and continues to expand his knowledge of accounting, taxation, and business management.

Prior to joining Indus Canada CPA, Talha worked in a variety of industries, including power generation and consulting, gaining experience in both operational and professional environments. This background has provided him with a practical understanding of the challenges businesses face and the importance of organized financial and administrative processes.
